1. Services

X Vida Jewelry provides permanent jewelry services, laser engraving, custom jewelry, pop-up event services, private parties, and related products. All services are provided by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and materials.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments may require a deposit to secure your time slot.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with proper notice (at our discretion).

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

  • No-shows may forfeit deposits.

3. Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer

Permanent jewelry is welded closed and intended to be worn continuously. By choosing this service, you acknowledge:

  • Jewelry may need to be cut off for medical, safety, or personal reasons.

  • X Vida Jewelry is not responsible for damage, loss, or breakage after service is completed.

  • Repairs or re-welds may incur an additional fee.

4. Custom & Engraved Items

All custom and engraved pieces are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. Please review spelling, dates, names, and design selections carefully before approval.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service or purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout or booking.

6. Events, Pop-Ups & Private Parties

For private events and pop-ups:

  • Minimum guest requirements may apply.

  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean working environment.

  • X Vida Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

7. SMS & Communication Consent

X Vida Jewelry is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from services or products once the service is completed. Clients are responsible for disclosing sensitivities or medical concerns prior to service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
