X Vida Jewelry provides permanent jewelry services, laser engraving, custom jewelry, pop-up event services, private parties, and related products. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and materials.

 

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments may require a deposit to secure your time slot

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits

 

3. Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer

Permanent jewelry is welded closed and designed for continuous wear. By choosing this service, you acknowledge:

  • Jewelry may need to be cut off for medical, safety, or personal reasons

  • X Vida Jewelry is not responsible for damage, loss, or breakage after service completion

  • Repairs or re-welds may incur additional fees

 

4. Custom & Engraved Items

All custom and engraved items are final sale once production has begun. Please carefully review all details (spelling, dates, design) before approval.

 

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment is due at the time of service or purchase

  • Accepted payment methods will be provided at checkout or booking

 

6. Events, Pop-Ups & Private Parties

  • Minimum guest requirements may apply

  • Hosts must provide a safe and suitable working environment

  • We reserve the right to refuse service under unsafe or inappropriate conditions

 

7. SMS/Text Messaging Program
